The Beverage Air DPD119HC-4 is a four-section, 119-inch pizza prep table designed to speed make-line production. Stage sauces, cheeses, and toppings in the refrigerated pan rail with room for five full-size and one 1/3 size pans while working on the expansive 19-inch cutting board.
Organize bulk and backup ingredients across 42.2 cu. ft. of storage with four drawers, two doors, and four shelves. Stainless steel front, sides, and top stand up to high-volume demands, while the aluminum interior simplifies wipe-downs between rushes.
