Two drawers keep backup product organized and within arm’s reach, while the stainless steel top with refrigerated pan rail holds two full-size pans for fast, accurate make-line assembly.
A 19-inch cutting board provides generous space to stretch dough, finish pizzas, and build sandwiches without crowding the line. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration streamlines placement and service access, helping chefs and operators maintain smooth workflows during rush periods.
Engineered for daily commercial use, this one-section, 12 cu. ft. unit features a stainless steel front, sides, and top with an easy-clean aluminum interior. Charged with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and driven by a 1/2 HP system, it supports dependable cold holding across varied foodservice operations and facilities.
