The top accommodates two full-size pans on a refrigerated rail to keep high-use items within easy reach.
Slice, top, and finish on the sturdy stainless steel worktop with an integrated 19-inch cutting board that speeds assembly and protects edges. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R290 hydrocarbon and a 1/2 HP system supports dependable cold holding while simplifying installation and service access.
A stainless steel front, sides, and top paired with an aluminum interior streamline cleanup and withstand daily rushes. Made in the USA and certified cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation, it meets the needs of chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
