This 60-inch, one-section counter pairs a refrigerated pan rail sized for (2) full-size and (1) 1/3-size pans with a 19-inch cutting board to keep production flowing. A 17.8 cu. ft. base with three drawers stages backup ingredients within quick reach.
Durable stainless steel on the top, front, and sides and an aluminum interior handle heavy, daily use while simplifying wipe-downs. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system to support dependable cold storage. Made in the USA and certified cULus and UL EPH Classified/UL-Sanitation, it meets operational and compliance needs in busy kitchens.
