This two-section, 67-inch model pairs a stainless steel top with a refrigerated pan rail that holds three full-size pans within easy reach. Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system supports dependable cold holding right on the line. Durable stainless steel front, sides, and top with an aluminum interior stand up to high-volume use and clean quickly between rushes.
