This 72-inch, two-section counter delivers 22.8 cu. ft. of cold storage with three drawers, one door, and two shelves to keep dough, sauce, and toppings organized and within reach. Stage high-volume service with a layout that speeds assembly and restocking.
The stainless steel top integrates a refrigerated pan rail sized for three full-size pans, so your most-used ingredients stay at the ideal working height. A full-length 19-inch cutting board provides a dedicated station for stretching, topping, slicing, and boxing pies.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP system simplifies installation and maintenance while maintaining reliable performance. Built with a stainless steel front, sides, and top plus an aluminum interior, it withstands daily cleaning and heavy use in pizzerias, ghost kitchens, and campus foodservice operations.
