Boost line efficiency with the Beverage Air DPD72HC-4, a 72-inch pizza prep table designed to keep ingredients organized and within reach. This two-section counter uses a refrigerated pan rail and integrated 19" cutting board to help teams assemble pies fast during peak service.
Stage sauce, cheese, and fresh toppings in the three full-size pans on top while storing dough, backup proteins, and produce in the four refrigerated drawers below. The stainless steel front, sides, and top paired with an aluminum interior stand up to daily wear in busy kitchens.
Side-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 Hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/2 HP compressor supports consistent performance and simple installation. Built in the USA and listed to cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation standards, it’s ready for pizzerias, cafeterias, and high-volume operations.
