Its bottom-mounted, self-contained system keeps components accessible to support fast service and streamlined maintenance. Chefs can stage bulk ingredients for prep and service while maintaining consistent holding conditions.
Lockable, solid hinged doors—one right-hand and one left-hand—secure inventory between shifts and simplify line checks. Electronic controls with a digital display make set points easy to verify, and bright LED interior lighting helps staff locate items quickly. Adaptive defrost helps manage frost buildup during frequent door openings.
