The Beverage Air HBF72HC-1 horizon series freezer is a three-section, 75-inch wide reach-in designed to maximize cold storage and streamline workflow. Its 68.43 cu. ft. capacity and nine adjustable shelves give chefs and operators flexible organization for bulk ingredients and pans. The bottom-mounted, self-contained system positions the compressor in cooler ambient air for strong performance during peak service, while R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and (2) 3/4 HP provide dependable pull-down. Electronic controls with a digital display, adaptive defrost, and bright LED interior lighting support precise temperature management and quick product visibility. Three solid doors—left door left-hand hinged, center and right doors right-hand hinged—include locks to secure inventory. A stainless steel interior plus stainless front, sides, and grille with a galvanized back and bottom stand up to high-volume use.
