Three glass doors speed product identification to keep doors open less and temperatures stable.
Streamline daily production with stainless steel interior and exterior surfaces that stand up to heavy use and clean easily. Bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration using R-290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports consistent performance, while LED lighting and electronic controls with a digital display make monitoring straightforward.
Stage produce, dairy, and prep on the refrigerated side at 36–38°F and hold proteins, desserts, and back-up stock in the freezer at -10°F. Fifteen adjustable epoxy-coated wire shelves adapt quickly to changing menus
