The Beverage Air MarketMax MMRR72HC-1-B-WW-WINE reach-in wine refrigerator helps you merchandise and store both red and white wines with confidence. This three-section, dual-temp unit provides a 19.62 cu. ft. left zone and a 45.85 cu. ft. right zone to organize varietals by service temperature and turnover.
Set each section between 35°F and 62°F using the electronic control and digital display to dial in precise holding conditions. A bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system supports dependable performance, while three locking glass doors speed service and secure product with self-closing hinges and an automatic hold-open feature.
Fifteen epoxy coated wire shelves and bright interior LED lighting present labels clearly and streamline restocking. Chefs and operators can stage chilled whites for by-the-glass programs in one zone and keep reds at cellar temperatures in the other, then lock the cabinet after hours to protect inventory.
