Electronic temperature control and bottom-mounted refrigeration help maintain consistent cabinet temperatures during busy service. The R290 hydrocarbon system and a 1/2 HP refrigeration package deliver reliable cold holding while keeping service access convenient.
Two double pane hinged glass doors with locks safeguard product while maximizing sightlines under bright LED interior lighting. Ten adjustable wire shelves and self-closing doors with recessed pocket handles streamline restocking and support flexible planograms for chefs, foodservice operators, buyers, and facility managers.
