The Beverage Air PH1-1HS-PT pass-thru heated cabinet streamlines back-of-house to front-of-house flow with accessible holding on both sides. Its 23.7 cu. ft. capacity and four half-height doors support high-volume plating, staging, and service in busy commercial kitchens. Load from prep and pull to the expo line to keep dishes moving without disrupting temperatures.
Built for daily use, this cabinet features a stainless steel front plus stainless steel doors and door liners paired with a durable aluminum interior and exterior. A top-mounted heating system helps preserve interior space, and the exterior dial thermometer provides quick visual checks of cabinet conditions. Three epoxy coated wire shelves organize pans or plated items, while 6" black legs raise the unit for easy cleaning and positioning.
