Its pass-thru, one-section design lets cooks load from the kitchen side while servers pull from the service side to keep lines moving during peak periods. An exterior dial thermometer provides quick, at-a-glance monitoring.
Built for daily use, this warming cabinet features a stainless steel front with a stainless steel door and liner, plus a durable aluminum interior and exterior. A top-mounted heating system helps maintain holding conditions while staying clear of floor-level debris and traffic.
Three epoxy coated wire shelves organize trays and packaged items for efficient staging. Two full height doors aid fast loading and retrieval, and 6" black legs provide sturdy placement and easy access beneath the unit for routine floor care.
