With two 21.01 cu. ft. sections, it organizes bulk ingredients, backup product, and menu components with clear separation for cold and frozen storage. Top-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maximize usable interior space and keep the system away from floor debris.
Streamline workflow on the prep line or in central production by staging chilled sauces, produce, and proteins on one side while holding frozen doughs, desserts, or backup entrées on the other. Four lockable solid half doors control access by section and minimize temperature loss during frequent openings. LED interior lighting and an external digital thermometer make checks fast during rushes and routine logs.
