Hinged half-doors, top and bottom, provide quick, targeted access to stored product. A bottom-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system simplifies installation and service. Four adjustable shelves adapt to changing menus and container sizes.
Easily reposition the unit on 3" casters for cleaning or layout changes. R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/4 HP system support dependable cold holding across shifts. UL, cUL, UL EPH, and NSF listings, plus Made in USA construction, meet the expectations of professional operations.
