Product Description
The Beverage Air SB-031-RA-HC is a countertop blast chiller/freezer with self-contained refrigeration. It chills up to 17.6 lb and freezes up to 11 lb, accommodating a 12" x 20" pan on three wire rod tray slides. The LED controller and included core probe help manage product temperature, while automatic defrost simplifies routine operation. A stainless steel interior and exterior promote cleanability in busy kitchens. Using R290 refrigerant and drawing 3.47 amps on 115v/60/1-ph power, this unit supports energy-conscious operation and is ENERGY STAR® certified.
