Streamline your make line with the Elite Series SPE27HC-12M-B, a compact 27" one-section mega top sandwich / salad prep table designed for busy commercial kitchens. The stainless steel top features openings for twelve 1/6-size pans, with 4" deep pans furnished and tops that accommodate 6" deep pans for added flexibility. A rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system using R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP drive supports consistent performance, while the 4.8 cu. ft. base organizes backups on two epoxy-coated wire shelves.
Stage, assemble, and serve faster on the 10" cutting board, then reload from the refrigerated base to keep service flowing during peak periods. A durable stainless steel exterior and easy-clean aluminum interior stand up to daily use in delis, cafes, and institutional kitchens.
