Streamline your make line with the Beverage Air SPE27HC sandwich prep table. This 27-inch, one-section refrigerated counter delivers 4.8 cu. ft. of organized cold storage in a compact footprint, helping chefs and operators keep high-volume service moving. Use it on the cookline, in a café, or at a satellite station to stage fresh toppings and proteins within easy reach.
The stainless steel top is configured for (6) 1/6-size and (2) 1/9-size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top will also accommodate 6-inch pans when needed. A removable 10-inch cutting board creates a dedicated prep surface, while two epoxy-coated wire shelves in the base hold back-up pans and bulk items. Durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system supports dependable performance with simplified service access. Mobility comes built in with
