The Beverage Air SPE27HC-12M-B-DS dual side mega top sandwich / salad prep table streamlines high-volume assembly in compact footprints. At 27 inches wide with a 7.3 cu. ft. refrigerated base and one door, it keeps ingredients close to the action while freeing up line space. The dual-sided layout supports efficient, collaborative prep on busy service lines.
Organize mise en place with a stainless steel top engineered for twelve 1/6 size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans as menus evolve. Work comfortably on the two included cutting boards—one 10 inch and one 12 inch—ideal for sandwich builds, salad tossing, and garnish work.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this Elite Series unit withstands daily rigors and cleans quickly between shifts.
