Stage, slice, and assemble on the removable 10-inch cutting board, then swap and sanitize between dayparts in seconds. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon keeps ingredients organized and ready at the point of prep.
A stainless steel exterior, aluminum interior, and two epoxy-coated wire shelves provide durable cold storage beneath the rail in a 4.8 cu. ft., one-door base. Roll the unit into place on 6-inch casters—then lock the brakes for steady service on the line. Ideal for delis, cafes, and campus operations where every inch of prep real estate counts.
