The stainless steel top features an opening for (8) 1/6 size pans; furnished pans are 4 inches deep, and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans. A full-length 10-inch cutting board lets cooks assemble sandwiches, bowls, and salads fast during rushes.
Durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior simplify cleaning while standing up to daily use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system support consistent performance, while two epoxy-coated wire shelves keep backup product ready to load.
