At just 27 inches wide, it integrates easily into tight kitchens while keeping high-use ingredients organized and within reach. A full 17-inch cutting board provides a dedicated assembly station for sandwiches, salads, and wraps.
Stage your mise en place in the stainless steel top, configured for six 1/6 and two 1/9 pans; 4-inch-deep pans are furnished, and the top also accommodates 6-inch-deep pans for expanded capacity. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration helps maintain reliable cold holding and simplifies service access. Two epoxy-coated wire shelves create additional storage for backups and overstock.
Built with a stainless steel exterior and an easy-clean aluminum interior, this unit is engineered for daily, high-volume use. The R290 hydrocarbon system with a 1/6 HP compressor delivers dependable performance for chefs, operators, and facility
