Optimize your line with the Beverage Air SPE32HC-08 sandwich / salad prep table, an Elite Series refrigerated counter built for fast, organized assembly. At 32 inches wide with 8.0 cu. ft. of storage, it fits tight spaces while keeping ingredients close at hand for made-to-order service.
Stage up to eight 1/6-size pans in the rail—4" deep pans are furnished, and the top accommodates 6" deep pans when more capacity is needed. Prep directly on the 10" cutting board, then access backups behind the solid door with two shelves to maintain an efficient workflow.
The rear-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP compressor to support dependable holding. A stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior simplify cleaning and hold up to daily foodservice demands in kitchens, cafeterias, and catering operations.
