Its 36-inch, two-section design offers 7.3 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with two doors and four shelves, keeping backup ingredients organized and within easy reach. This compact footprint supports efficient workflows in delis, cafés, and high-volume kitchens.
Stage and assemble with confidence on the stainless steel top, which provides openings for ten 1/6-size pans. Pans furnished are 4 inches deep, and the top will accommodate 6-inch pans to match your menu needs. A full-length 10-inch cutting board gives operators a dedicated surface for sandwich, salad, and wrap production.
Built for daily service, the unit features a stainless steel exterior and durable aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/6 HP system for reliable performance.
