This 36-inch, two-section refrigerated counter delivers 7.3 cu. ft. of cold storage beneath a stainless top that stages ingredients right where chefs and foodservice teams need them. Durable stainless steel exterior and an aluminum interior stand up to daily use in busy kitchens.
Speed assembly and maintain organization with eight 1/6-size pans in the rail, paired with a 10" cutting board for fast, clean builds. The furnished pans are 4" deep, and the top will also accommodate 6" deep pans to match changing menus. Two doors and four shelves help buyers and facility managers keep backups and overstock ready for peak periods.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and is powered by a 1/6 HP system for dependable performance. The SPE36HC-08 carries UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation approvals and is proudly made in the USA.
