Ideal for high-volume stations, this refrigerated counter supports fast, organized workflows in busy commercial kitchens.
Configure up to (18) 1/6 size pans beneath the stainless top, with furnished 4" deep pans and the flexibility to accommodate 6" deep pans as menus evolve. A 10" cutting board provides a generous prep surface, while the two-section, 48" base with (2) doors and (4) shelves keeps backup product close at hand for quick reloads during rushes. Use it to power through sandwich service, salad assembly, or topping bars with consistent results.
