This 48-inch, two-section refrigerated counter organizes ingredients where you need them while helping safeguard food presentation in front-of-house or high-traffic service areas. Chefs and operators can assemble orders quickly on the integrated 10" cutting board with everything within easy reach.
The stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily use and wipe down fast between rushes. A top opening holds twelve 1/6-size pans; furnished pans are 4" deep, and the rail accommodates 6" deep pans when menu needs change. Two doors support efficient workflow for teams building sandwiches, salads, and grab-and-go favorites.
