Stage a full menu of ingredients in the rail with openings for 18 1/6-size pans, furnished 4 inches deep and able to accommodate 6-inch pans when needed. Prep, portion, and plate on the integrated cutting boards—one 10-inch and one 12-inch—positioned for efficient, multi-station workflow.
Built for daily demand, this unit features a stainless steel exterior and top with an aluminum interior for durability and easy cleaning. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system delivers reliable cold performance, while certifications and U.S. manufacturing support long-term, commercial use.
