This 48-inch, two-section unit provides 13.01 cu. ft. of storage while staging fresh ingredients under a convenient lift-off lid. Its stainless steel work surface stands up to daily, high-volume production.
Organize your line with the included 1/3-size pans (4-inch deep), and switch to 6-inch deep pans when your menu demands extra capacity. Behind two solid hinged doors, four epoxy-coated wire shelves hold backups, dressings, and containers right where you need them. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient operation on a busy sandwich / salad prep table line.
Built for the rigors of the kitchen, the SPE48HC-S features a stainless steel front, sides, doors, and grille with a galvanized back and bottom and an aluminum interior. 6-inch casters, including two with brakes, make it easy to maneuver for cleaning or reconfiguring
