The Beverage Air SPE60HC-16C is a 60-inch, two-section refrigerated prep counter engineered for fast, organized production. A stainless top with openings for sixteen 1/6-size pans keeps ingredients visible and within reach, while the 17" cutting board provides a generous landing for assembly. Put it to work on sandwich and salad lines in delis, cafes, and high-volume kitchens.
Store backups behind the cabinet while minimizing restocking trips and maintaining flow during rushes. Rugged materials—stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors with a galvanized bottom and back, plus an aluminum interior—stand up to daily cleaning and heavy use. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor for reliable cold holding.
