Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for reliable, environmentally conscious performance.
Stage fresh toppings up top while storing backup product on four shelves behind two doors to maintain a smooth, continuous workflow. Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors with an aluminum interior and galvanized bottom and back stand up to daily rushes.
