The rail holds ten 1/6 size pans (4" deep furnished; accepts 6" deep) and a 10" cutting board adds generous assembly space.
Stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors withstand daily use, while the aluminum interior wipes clean quickly. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses environmentally friendly R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for dependable cold holding.
