This 60-inch, two-section refrigerated counter integrates a stainless top with openings for twelve 1/6-size pans and a 17-inch cutting board, letting crews stage ingredients and build orders in one continuous workflow. Keep toppings organized and within reach while maintaining a clean, professional presentation on the line.
Built for daily commercial service, the SPE60HC-12C features a stainless steel exterior (top, front, sides, and doors) with a corrosion-resistant galvanized bottom and back, plus an easy-to-clean aluminum interior. Two doors and four shelves provide ample back-up storage beneath the prep surface for cheeses, produce, and proteins. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration conserves aisle space and simplifies installation in busy kitchens and commissaries.
