This two-section, 60-inch refrigerated counter presents openings for twenty-four 1/6 size pans, keeping high-volume ingredients organized and at the ready. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant supports efficient, reliable performance during peak periods.
Engineered for durability, it features a stainless steel exterior with a galvanized steel bottom and an aluminum interior for easy cleanability. The stainless top, paired with one 10-inch and one 12-inch cutting board, streamlines assembly from mise en place to plating. With 17.1 cu. ft. of capacity, two doors, and four shelves, crews can stage backups and rotate product without breaking workflow.
