This two-section, 60-inch unit consolidates prep and cold storage to speed service on busy lines. A stainless steel top with a lift-off lid streamlines restocking and protects ingredients between rushes.
Load the included 1/3-size pans—4-inch deep furnished, with capacity for 6-inch pans—to stage greens, proteins, and toppings at the rail. Below, (2) solid hinged doors and (4) epoxy-coated wire shelves provide backup storage for pans and bulk product. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant with a 1/3 HP compressor to maintain chilled storage.
