The Beverage Air SPE72HC-18 sandwich prep table streamlines busy make lines with dependable cold storage right where you need it. At 72 inches wide with a three-section base, it organizes ingredients in eighteen 1/6-size pans at the rail alongside a 10-inch cutting board for fast, consistent assembly. Built for delis, cafes, and institutional kitchens, it helps teams keep pace during peak service.
Durable stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors handle daily wear, while a galvanized bottom/back and aluminum interior simplify cleaning. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor to maintain performance without crowding your workspace.
