Streamline your make-line with the Beverage Air SPE72HC-18C, a 72-inch, three-section sandwich / salad prep table built for busy kitchens. A full-length 17-inch cutting board and an opening for eighteen 1/6-size pans keep ingredients organized, visible, and within reach to speed assembly and reduce steps.
Stage backups behind three doors on six shelves to minimize restock trips during peak periods. The rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration system employs R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP compressor to deliver dependable cold holding without sacrificing workspace.
Engineered for daily service, this Elite Series counter features a stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors with a durable aluminum interior; the exterior bottom and back are galvanized for added strength. Supplied 4-inch-deep pans fit the rail, and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans when menus demand extra capacity.
