This 72-inch, three-section refrigerated counter delivers 21.5 cu. ft. of cold storage and rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration powered by R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant. A see-thru lid lets staff monitor ingredient levels at a glance to keep service moving.
Stage up to thirty 1/6-size pans in the stainless steel top—4-inch-deep pans are furnished, and the top accommodates 6-inch-deep pans when menus demand more capacity. Prep directly on the 10-inch cutting board while keeping backups organized on six shelves behind three doors. The stainless steel exterior top, front, sides, and doors with a galvanized bottom/back and aluminum interior are built for everyday commercial use.
