The Beverage Air SPE72HC-08 Elite Series sandwich top refrigerated counter helps busy lines move faster. This 72-inch, three-section unit pairs a full-length 10-inch cutting board and extra counter space with a chilled top opening for ingredient pans, keeping everything organized and within reach. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant provides efficient cold holding while simplifying placement.
Configure the rail for eight 1/6-size pans (4-inch deep pans furnished; the top accommodates 6-inch deep pans) to assemble made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and wraps. Behind the three doors, six shelves and 21.5 cu. ft. of storage keep backups and bulk ingredients ready for quick replenishment. A stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors combine with a galvanized steel bottom/back and an aluminum interior for a professional, work-ready build.
