This 72-inch, three-section counter organizes your mise en place with an opening for twelve 1/6-size pans and a generous 17" cutting board with extra counter space for assembly and plating. Keep workflow tight by restocking from the refrigerated base featuring three doors and six shelves, while the rear-mounted, self-contained system stays out of the way. A stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors pair with an aluminum interior and galvanized bottom/back for durability and easy cleaning in busy kitchens. Powered by R290 refrigerant and a 1/4 HP compressor, it’s a reliable fit for delis, cafeterias, and operations running continuous prep lines.
