Streamline prep on busy lines with the Beverage Air SPE72HC-12M, a 72-inch elite series mega top sandwich / salad prep table engineered for high-volume workflows. Its three-section layout organizes ingredients for assemblies, batch prep, and quick turnarounds during rush periods. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration keeps product at the point of use while maximizing aisle space.
Stage up to twelve 1/6 size pans in the stainless top opening, then slice, portion, and build on the 10-inch cutting board with additional counter space for trays or tools. Inside, six shelves and three doors provide flexible storage for backups, overstock, and bulk containers. Durable stainless steel on the top, front, sides, and doors pairs with a galvanized bottom and back and an easy-clean aluminum interior.
