The Elite Series build pairs a stainless steel exterior with an easy-clean aluminum interior to withstand daily commercial use. A rear-mounted, self-contained system with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant delivers dependable cold without complicating installation.
Organize up to eighteen 1/6-size pans in the mega top (furnished 4-inch deep; top accommodates 6-inch deep) and prep directly on the 10-inch cutting board with added counter space for assembly. Inside, six shelves and three doors streamline restocking and batch prep for sandwiches, salads, and more.
