Its 72-inch width and mega top opening for 24 1/6-size pans stage proteins, cheeses, and produce exactly where your team needs them. A 10-inch cutting board and additional counter space let cooks assemble orders efficiently without leaving the station.
Keep backup ingredients within reach in the three-section, 21.5 cu. ft. refrigerated base with six shelves for organized storage. Three doors simplify restocking between rushes, while the rear-mounted, self-contained system uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant for reliable cold holding.
Engineered for heavy use, the stainless steel top, front, sides, and doors stand up to high-volume service, with a galvanized bottom and back and an aluminum interior for long-term durability. Ideal for delis, cafeterias, and commissaries, the SPE72HC-24M helps streamline workflows from mise en place to final plating.
