The 72-inch, three-section layout supports prep from both sides, keeping up to thirty 1/6 size pans at arm’s reach to streamline assembly during rushes.
Engineered for durability, it features a stainless steel exterior and top, a galvanized steel exterior bottom, and an aluminum interior. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and a 1/3 HP motor helps maintain reliable performance on busy make lines.
Outfit your station for peak efficiency with two cutting boards (10" and 12"), six shelves for backup storage, and three doors for fast access. Furnished 4" deep pans keep ingredients organized and visible, while the top accommodates 6" deep pans when a deeper well is preferred.
