Drive faster service and cleaner workflows with the Beverage Air SPED27HC-C, an Elite Series™ sandwich top refrigerated counter built for high-output lines. At just 27" wide with a 4.8 cu. ft. refrigerated base, it organizes ingredients in two pull-out drawers while keeping your most-used items within reach on the top rail.
Set, stage, and assemble on the 17" polyethylene cutting board, then reload quickly using the stainless-steel top opening for (6) 1/6 and (2) 1/9 size pans. Furnished pans are 4" deep, and both the upper and lower drawers accept 6" deep pans to support deeper batch prep.
A stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior simplify cleaning and resist corrosion, while rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system supports dependable daily performance. Made in USA and designed for sandwich/salad prep table stations in cafes, delis, and busy back-of-house lines.
