Assemble made-to-order sandwiches, salads, and wraps directly on the 10" polyethylene cutting board to keep workflow tight and organized.
Two pull-out drawers accommodate 6" deep pans, letting you back up the rail with bulk ingredients and reduce restock trips during peak periods. A stainless steel exterior stands up to high-volume kitchens, while the aluminum interior simplifies wipe-downs between rushes. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses eco-friendly R290 refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system designed for dependable cold holding in busy foodservice operations.
