Its stainless steel top holds eight 1/6-size pans within arm’s reach, while the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board creates a full-length prep surface for assembling sandwiches, salads, and wraps. A rugged stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior stand up to daily rushes.
Two pull-out drawers optimize backup storage and accommodate 6-inch-deep pans, so you can stage proteins and toppings for peak periods. The unit’s one-section, 8.0 cu. ft. refrigerated base uses rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and 1/6 HP for dependable cold holding.
