Streamline your cold prep with the Beverage Air SPED36HC-10-2, a 36-inch Elite Series™ sandwich top refrigerated counter built for busy lines. This one-section unit offers 7.3 cu. ft. of refrigerated storage with two pull-out drawers that accept 6-inch-deep pans. A stainless steel top provides openings for ten 1/6-size pans; pans furnished are 4 inches deep while the rail accommodates 6-inch pans.
Speed assembly with the 10-inch polyethylene cutting board that spans the rail, giving cooks a sturdy surface for sandwich and salad builds. Keep frequently used ingredients organized and visible for efficient service in delis, cafes, and prep stations.
Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration uses R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant and a 1/6 HP system to support dependable holding. Built with a stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior, this Made in USA unit carries UL, cULus, UL EPH Classified, and UL-Sanitation approvals.
