Boost your make-line speed with the Beverage Air SPED36HC-10C-2 sandwich prep table. This 36-inch, one-section refrigerated counter organizes ingredients in a rail with openings for (10) 1/6 size pans, with furnished pans at 4-inch depth. A 17-inch polyethylene cutting board lets teams assemble sandwiches, salads, and wraps right at the station.
Upper and lower pull-out drawers accept 6-inch deep pans, keeping backups cold and within reach. The stainless steel exterior and aluminum interior are built for daily, high-volume use across busy kitchens and commissaries. Rear-mounted, self-contained refrigeration with R290 hydrocarbon refrigerant simplifies placement and service access.
Powered by a 1/6 HP system with a 115v/60/1 plug connection drawing 5.0 amps, it integrates easily into standard outlets on the line. Made in the USA and listed UL, cUL, and UL EPH, it supports compliance for professional foodservice operations. Ideal for delis, cafes, and high-volume kitchen
